Drupon Thinley Ningpo Rinpoche gave our center the name Drong Ngur during his teachings here in September, 2006. With the meaning, two wings of skillful means and wisdom, Drong Ngur is the name of Rinpoche's home monastery in Tibet.


Khenchen Konchog Gyaltshen Rinpoche
The Drikung Colorado Prairie Sangha was established April 2006 under the spiritual direction of the Venerable Khenchen Konchog Gyaltshen Rinpoche, Abbot of the Drikung Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Regular meditation practice is at the Unitarian Universalist Church, at 929 15th Street, Greeley, CO. The Prairie Sangha Center is several miles south and east of Greeley.
